Health and Productivity Management
Having healthy employees is essential when it comes to the stable supply of products. The head office plant that was newly constructed in 2021 has a cafeteria with a deck terrace and a break area where employees can lie down, which make them relax both physically and mentally. We also proactively incorporate 5S activities and strive to improve our working environment on a daily basis.
Becoming a company where anyone can fulfill their potential
Through “diversity management”, in which people accept differences such as race, ethnicity, nationality, and gender and leverage their capabilities, knowledge, and experience, we aim to put in place an environment in which people can grow alongside the company.
A fusion of manual and automated work
Through a combination of streamlining with cutting-edge machinery and advanced “manual cutting” and “pickling” processing skills, we produce high-quality value-added products unique to Shida Suisan.
Reduction of excess inventory
At Shida Suisan, we undertake systematic production of the orders we receive from our customers, and deliver freshly made products to reduce excess inventory.
Fish scraps that are generated during the production process are recovered and reused as animal feed. By using them as a “recyclable resource” instead of “scrap”, we are working to reduce waste.
